Why was Big D Energy formed:

Like most of us, I got tired of working for someone else. Over the past 30 years of being in the energy industry, I have worked for the largest marketing companies (suppliers) in the world (Enron in the mid 90's for example), as well as very small regional companies. With this experience, I personally know that each of these suppliers of energy have ONE MAIN GOAL in mind.... and that is to make as much $$$ off of you as possible. These people aren't the devil, they are salesmen, and that is their job and it is their livelihood.

In the early 2000's I started up my own thing, and quickly realized that the personal relationships I had built over the years with my customers opened up a golden opportunity to finally work FOR the customer and no longer attempt to take as much of their $$$ as I could.

That personal relationship with my clients is, and always will be, the core principle.
